How does it work?

1. Log in securely with itsme.
2. Select an available GP or psychologist by choosing your symptoms, or consult your regular GP if they are on the platform.
3. Complete a brief questionnaire regarding your health conditions.
4. The healthcare professional will message you and initiate the video consultation through the app.
5. Access a summary of your consultation along with necessary documentation within the app. Prescriptions and absence certificates will also be provided as needed.
